In-studio lessons are offered as a compromise / hybrid solution to students who respond best to a formalized learning environment and a personal, live interaction with the instructor. The studios lack the traditional classroom feel, but are also free from distraction and interruption.
Students need to provide their own reliable means of transport to and from the location. Students should commit to attend at agreed times and to inform the instructor in advance of any inability to be available for a class.
Individual teachers will set their own standards of class conduct, but inappropriate behaviour, and verbal or physical aggression is never acceptable or tolerated.
All courses currently offered through IndieTeach can be taken online.
Course materials will either be provided online, emailed, or delivered to the student.
Lessons begin and end promptly at agreed times. Course duration depends on student schedule.
